These terms cover your use of the Evenso app. By installing or using Evenso, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The app

Evenso helps you keep up small daily habits, stay in touch with the people who matter, and close out your tasks. It is offered free of charge. Some extras may be offered later as one-time purchases through Google Play; their price and what they include will be shown before you buy.

Your data

Everything you enter stays on your device. How the app handles information is explained in the privacy policy at evenso.me/privacy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups: uninstalling the app deletes its data from your device.

Using it sensibly

• Evenso is a personal organising tool. It is not medical, financial, legal or professional advice, and it doesn't replace a doctor or any other professional.
• Reminders, alarms and notifications depend on your device's settings, battery saving and the Android system. Please don't rely on Evenso alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm (for example medication or important appointments).
• Holiday and festival dates are provided for convenience and may contain mistakes. Check important dates with an official source.
• When you send a message or make a call from Evenso, it opens another app (such as WhatsApp or your phone app). What happens there is covered by that app's own terms.

What you may not do

Don't copy, resell or redistribute the app, try to break its security, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

No warranty

Evenso is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or always available, or that your data can never be lost. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including lost data or missed reminders.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change, the new version will be posted at evenso.me/terms with a new date. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
